Bio

Dr. Sapovadia is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with extensive training in facial reconstruction. He completed his undergraduate studies and earned bachelor’s degrees in biology and chemistry, graduating with highest honors from University of Illinois. He continued his education at Boston University where he earned his dental degree in the top of his class from the Goldman School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Sapovadia went on to complete a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Boston University, one to the top programs in the country and served as chief resident in his final year of training.

Dr. Sapovadia practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery for children and adults, including orthognatic (corrective jaw) surgery, facial reconstructive surgery, facial plastic surgery, dentoalveolar surgery (wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, dental implants), outpatient sedation/anesthesia and the management of benign craniofacial pathology.

Recognizing the nuances of each patient’s medical and surgical needs, Dr. Sapovadia is committed to providing personalized care for his patient and is passionate about advocating for his patients’ best interests to develop an open and trusting relationship. He is also committed to providing the most up-to-date and state-of-the-art surgical care, including virtual surgical planning, to ensure the safest and most predictable surgical outcomes for his patients.

When not providing care to his patients, Dr. Sapovadia enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures and cuisines. Dr. Sapovadia enjoys collecting wrist watches and is an avid photographer, whether its photographing his watch collection to astrophotography.
